• Annual Corporate filing services with the Secretary of State, including annual updating of your entity management information.
• Immediate notification of SOP via e-mail alerts and electronic delivery of scanned SOP documents.
• Forwarding legal documents and tax notices received from the State.
• Immediate notification of employee Garnishments.
• Jurisdiction status alerts to advise you if your entity has fallen out of good standing.
• As a law firm, we are able to provide Annual Consents for your signature and placement in your Minute Book.
• Maintenance of your Corporate Minute Book. We are able to keep your Corporate Minute Book at our Law Office.
